Terms and Conditions

The general terms and conditions of sale detailed below only govern the contractual relationship between the User (hereafter referred to as You) and Casa e Bagno Srl (henceforward referred to as We), whose headquarters is situated at Via Matino 63, 73057 Taviano (Italy). Both parties accept these conditions unreservedly. These general conditions of sale are the only conditions that are applicable and replace all other conditions, except in the case of express, written prior dispensation. We preserve that, by confirming your order, you unreservedly accept our general conditions of sale, having read them.
We recommend that you read and accept the general terms and conditions, before you make a purchase from our sites.


Prices:

The prices indicated on the Site are in Euros and include all taxes but do not include delivery. The chosen possible delivery costs are indicated for the User during the product selection and are invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the products. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any moment.


Availability:

Please note that we will honour your order while stock is available.
In the event where one of the products ordered is not in stock, we will contact you in less than 15 days as of your order date to inform you how long it will be before we are able to deliver the product.

If there are certain products that are temporarily unavailable, we will send the available products and will pay the shipping fees for the rest of the order. We will offer you a replacement for an unavailable product, a product of equal price and quality.
If you choose to refuse, we will reimburse the unavailable product.


Delivery methods:

Casa & Bagno Srl cannot be held dependable for the consequences of a late delivery or the failure of a package caused by a third-party contracted to make delivery. In the event where you do not receive your parcel in the indicated time frame, a research will be conducted with the carrier and may take several days upon receipt of your declare. During this period, no compensation or re-delivery will take place.

Upon reception of your order, we suggest that you verify your products with the order that you placed with us and if needed, write any anomalies that may have occurred on the delivery voucher, not forgetting to sign it with reserve.

Returned products can only be accepted for goods in their original state, notably with respect to their packaging, accessories and manuals. In the event of non-conformity of the product purchased, the User will have the choice between repair and substitute of the product, except if the desired option has an associated cost that is manifestly disproportionate to the alternative.
Complementary information may be requested, or demanded, in order to validate your procure. By consequence, and in trying to avoid any delay, when you place your order please enter the following:

  • a professional or paid-for e-mail address.
  • a ltelephone number (work or home) where you can be reached at any time of the day .


Tax-free shopping:

Tax-free shopping is possible for our clients residing outside of the European Union.
Tax free shopping is possible for companies inside the European Union too. You must send us your VAT-Number.
For purchasing without VAT, there could be a maximum of 3% handling charge.

Right of Retraction - Satisfied or your money back:

Casa e Bagno Srl allows you 10 days (article 185 del 22/05/1999 of Italian Consumer Code) to return a product that you are not satisfied. Your right of renunciation starts from the moment your order is delivered. You can return the product within this time period, at your own expense, accompanied by your invoice and a completed and signed return goods voucher.

Please note that shipping fees are the client’s responsibility, except if the product does not conform to the description of said product (the client is responsible for any damage done during the shipping of the returned goods).

The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete working condition (packaging, accessories, user guide etc.). Any product that has been damaged, or is not in its original packaging, or has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded.

The User will be reimbursed by bank transfer or Paypal if the payment was made with Paypal.


Guarantees and After-Sales Service:

All of the products we sell are with:
  • The legal guarantee of conformity.
  • The manufacturer’s guarantee for a period defined by the product purchased and the brand. Shipping fees of the products are the customer’s responsibility.

Casa & Bagno Srl will handle possible repairs with the manufacturers.
Whatever the trouble is with your product, you must attach, with the malfunctioning product, a copy of your invoice and the guarantee.
Please note that legal guarantees do not apply to repairs for damage caused by external origin (for example, accidents, shocks, fluctuation of electricity etc.) or by the user’s faulty usage of the product such as a non-conforming installation or using it for commercial purposes or using said product with incorrect peripherals, accessories or consumables. The manufacturer’s guarantees do not cover:
  • Replacement of consumables (batteries, light bulbs, etc.)
  • The abnormal use or non-conforming usage of products. We ask that you consult the user’s manual provided with the products.
  • Malfunctioning due to accessories (power cables etc.)
  • Damage from external sources (shocks, accidents, electricity current fluctuations etc.).
In all cases, Casa e Bagno Srl will not be held dependable in the event that the manufacturer refuses to honour the warranty due to, but not limited to, any of the above noted reasons.

In the event where the manufacturer will not provide service under warranty, an estimate of the cost of the repair will be given to the customer. Administrative fees will be requested if payment for the estimate is not made.


Protection of personal data:

Since the details you give us are important for the processing and delivery of orders, for billing and for the establishment of warranty contracts, failure to provide these details will result in the deletion of your order.
By registering on the Site, you agree to provide us with sincere and true information as it concerns you.

Communicating false information is contrary to the present General Conditions as well as the conditions of use listed on the Site.
Casa e Bagno Srl is authorised to extract, handle and use information that concerns you.

We would like to remind you that cookies record certain information stored on your hard drive.
Cookies do not contain any confidential information about you.

Intellectual ownership:

All the content on the Casa e Bagno Srl sites (illustrations, texts, names, brand names, images and videos) is the property of Casa e Bagno Srl, its co-contractors or partners. Any partial or total reproduction of this content, by any means and on any support, is subject to prior and express authorisation by Casa e Bagno Srl.
